PF Night Splint Derotation

The PF Night Splint Derotation is used to prevent plantar flexion following an injury, a fracture, a sprain, or surgery to the foot, ankle, or lower leg. The hard casing supports the ankle and restricts plantar flexion, preventing disorders like foot drop and contractures caused by prolonged bed rest. The De-rotation Bar can be used to avoid rotation after a femur fracture.
